Position : Remote Scheduling Assistant Location : Remote Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary : As a Remote Scheduling Assistant at Voyage Canvas, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our bespoke travel itineraries and events.

You will be responsible for the meticulous planning, scheduling, and coordination of all logistics, ensuring that every aspect of our clients' experiences is flawlessly executed.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities : Schedule Management : Create and maintain comprehensive schedules for travel itineraries and events, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining reservations.

Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers to secure bookings and confirm details, ensuring that all arrangements meet Voyage Canvas's high standards.

Client Communication : Work closely with the client service team to communicate schedule changes, updates, and confirmations to clients promptly.

Problem-Solving : Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Quality Control : Conduct regular checks on scheduled arrangements to verify accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities, including contracts, confirmations, and client communications.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including client services, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to service delivery.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a related field.

Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or events industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
