Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service received
What you'll have :
- 3+ years of work-related customer service experience
- bilingual Spanish
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, analytical, and computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently navigate and operate a personal computer and all related claims / business software
Pay : $19.50 per hour
Schedule : Must have open availability to work Monday-Friday between 8 am - 11 pm and Saturday from 9 am - 6 pm
Location : Hybrid - Monday & Friday will be working from home and Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday will be in the office located in Grandview Heights
