Responsibilities :

As an Associate General Manager, you will report to the GM of Lumin and be responsible for driving the workstreams on select strategic questions.

This means structuring the problem statement, aligning on key inputs and analyses with stakeholders, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesizing and communicating a recommendation.

At a high-level, Associate GMs will have three primary responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end execution of certain key strategic projects
• Drive strategic insights from our data to surface opportunities for improvement and work with functional stakeholders to implement and bank the win
• Collaborate with the GM on driving larger strategic projects to support specific areas of the project

Requirements :

• Experience and proven success in product management, management consulting, finance, or internal strategy roles
• Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and optimization levers
• Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under high pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to structure conceptual problems and drive towards executable outcomes
• High level of ownership and consistent desire to learn
