Requirements :

• Licensed Architect in Texas with 8+ years of comprehensive experience
• 2+ years’ experience as a Project Architect
• Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
• Strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals (scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, subconsultant coordination, stakeholder communication)
• Demonstrated design sensibility
• Experience in reviewing drawing sets, conducting QAQC reviews, clash detection exercises, and coordinating full drawing sets for construction
• Organized and self-directed, comfortable working with significant autonomy
• Capable of efficiently managing and delegating drafting tasks on projects

Additional qualifications :

• LEED accreditation is a plus (LEED AP BD+C or equivalent certification)
• Experience guiding project(s) through the City of Austin development process is advantageous
• Experience on large, complex projects is highly valued
• Exposure to working with public clients (city, county, and state agencies) is beneficial
• Familiarity with airport projects is an additional plus
