This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, with immediate availability.

Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Friday : 8 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm; Wednesday, Thursday : 8 : 45 am - 5 : 00 pm
Job Description : As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our property management team by showcasing our community, assisting prospective residents, and ensuring a smooth leasing process.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
- Conducting property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Processing lease applications, conducting background checks, and facilitating lease signings.
- Providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
- Collaborating with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals and maximize revenue.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in administration, office management, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with leasing procedures and property management software is a plus.
