POSITION SUMMARY
The Boelter Companies is seeking a skilled, motivated and hard-working Estimator to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for quoting foodservice supplies for the Supply Sales Team to aid in their new business development and account growth.
This hybrid position (3 days in Pewaukee office, 2 days remote) is ideal for those excited to learn more about Supply Sales and is a pathway to Inside or Outside Sales positions within the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare professional accurate and detailed quotes for Supply Sales Reps for disposables, smallwares and Jan / San products
- Provide feedback to Leadership on possible quoting efficiencies
- Consult with Sales to effectively understand the quote requirements, appropriate markup and quote format
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs and conferences as directed by the Sales Leader
- Clearly communicates information to internal departments (Sales, Customer Service)
- Develop an understanding of the importance of continued consumer engagement and customer success
- Actively prospect for new customers for the Supply Sales Team, List provided by Supply Sales Leadership
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
- Basic understanding of products and learning how to sell through on the job training
