Position Summary :

We are seeking a resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is officebased at our Miami Beach location and involves a combination of executive administrative tasks personal errands and occasional driving.

The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and comfortable managing a range of responsibilities with discretion.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide daily support to the executive team including managing emails scheduling meetings and facilitating internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate and oversee property management activities such as tracking work orders communicating with tenants and liaising with vendors.
  • Handle personal errands for the executive team including scheduling personal appointments coordinating travel and running personal errands.
  • Drive to complete occasional tasks such as posting notices or depositing checks.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and edit reports presentations and correspondence.
  • Support project management helping to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and summarize findings for executive review.
  • Communicate effectively between clients internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
