Our clients beautiful new, property is looking for a dynamic and experienced Apartment Community Manager to join our team!
Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Apartment Community Manager who excels in managing conventional multifamily apartments.

Apartment Community Manager Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including bookkeeping, leasing, maintenance, and more.
- Maintain excellent tenant and vendor relations.
- Prepare and manage financial statements and reports.
- Implement strategies to improve revenue stream and cost efficiencies.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Handle resident retention, marketing, and community events.
- Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Apartment Community Manager Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as an Apartment Property Manager for conventional multifamily apartments.
- Experience managing a community of over 200 units.
- Knowledge of Onesite is helpful but not required.
- Hands-on manager with strong leadership and detail-oriented skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to oversee all aspects of property management.
- Resides within 15-20 minutes commute time to respond to emergencies.
