• Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal to join our team in Savannah, Georgia.
• This role requires a proven track record in litigation support and / or commercial real estate work , along with strong skills in document review and contract drafting .
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to focus on producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities Provide litigation support including case preparation, case file management, and discovery assistance.
• Handle case reviews and organize documentation for hearings and trials.
• Support commercial real estate transactions , including title review, due diligence, and closing coordination.
• Manage document review for transactional matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Draft and edit contracts and legal documents , incorporating attorney feedback.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare materials, summaries, and supporting documents for client matters.
• Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and billing records.
• Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in litigation and / or commercial real estate.
• Strong background in litigation prep (discovery, filings, case review).
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions highly preferred.
• Proficient in drafting contracts and legal documents ; able to revise and comment effectively.
• Must be organized, efficient, and professional with the ability to focus on billable work.
• Collaborative and flexible, with a team-oriented approach .
