Ellie Mental Health ( Ellie ) is rapidly expanding across South Florida and we are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our brand-new clinics serving Greater Palm Beach County.

The role will be primarily located in Palm Beach Gardens, with options for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and telehealth options.

Responsibilities include :
- Comprehensive mental health assessments for the identification of psychological needs
- Provide direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc.
to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers including but not limited to family members, medical personnel, school staff, and case managers as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
- Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships
- Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
- Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week; Part-Time clinicians see a minimum of 12 client visits per week
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children and adolescents
- Multicultural competence in mental health
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Spanish speaking a plus!
