Ultradent, a global leader in oral health, is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our accounting team!We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. This individual will ensure all invoices are paid on time and resolve discrepancies.
The specialist is always professional and shows excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
This position is a hybrid position. Our APSpecialists will work in the office at headquarters in South Jordan, UT, three days a week.
The AP Specialist will be responsible for the following :
- Process A / P forour suppliers
- Issue payments bi- weekly based on the approved term payment process
- Incorporate and accommodate the above with appropriate cash management / planning
- Complete various assignments / projects as requested by Accounts Payable Manager
- Review all job cost-related payables for accurate cost coding and adherence to appropriate payment terms

What we’re looking for in you :
- Accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to strong MS Excel knowledge
- Basic knowledge of general ledger
- Basic knowledge of accountspayable
- Excellent reconciliation skills
- Professional cooperative attitude and the ability to work well with little supervision
- Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Able to be trusted with confidential information and work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a deadline-driven individual, able to adhere strictly to policies and procedures
- Must have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Oracle, Coupa, and / or Comdata experience is a plus.
What you will need to succeed :
- 1-2 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year focused on accountspayableis ideal
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to strong MS Excel knowledge
