Make a difference.Shingle & Gibb’s Product Manager manages, plans and coordinates the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.
The Product Manager determines reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements considering priority, customer needs, financial limitations, staffing requirements and availability of resources.
They will also develop sales forecasts and implement pricing schedules that provide revenue and margins growth while remaining competitive in the market.
Responsibilities : Interfaces with customers to determine opportunities for product improvement and translates complex needs into technical specifications.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to define, design and deliver new products, technical solutions, and enhancements that work cohesively and meet the needs of the company, its customers, and the end users.
Communicates quality control plan to the product team and oversees the implementation of the plan.Coaches sales team and customer service representatives on all technical information and knowledge necessary to communicate with customers.
Contributes in product training seminars and presentations.Develops and maintains product documentation, product instructions and user guides, product metrics and sales and marketing content strategy.
Coordinates with designers, developers, and testers to create functional specifications.Communicates product improvements to stakeholders and key customers.
May attend tradeshows, technical conferences, and symposiums to promote the product.May provide customer support in escalated cases.
Minimum Requirements : High School Diploma or GEDThe expected pay rate for this position is starting at $100,000 annually.
This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics. You will also receive three weeks of vacation in your first 12 months of employment as well as sick days and holidays.
