ASD Teacher
Do you have a passion for working with kiddos on the spectrum? ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a qualified and dedicated ASD Teacher to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the vibrant community of Canton, Michigan.
As an ASD Teacher in this role, youwill be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This role involves creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing evidence-based practices to promote academic, social, and emotional growth.

Description
- Full time
- 35-37.5 hours per week
- Openings K-12
- Will be working in a basic classroom multidistrict program
- Preferred that ASD Teacher will have full approval
- Interviewing ASAP
- Full 24 / 25 school year

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education andthen a Master'sdegree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
- Active Michigan License
- Active Michigan Certification
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual / in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
