Corporate Finance Associate
National investment firm is hiring a Corporate Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 1+ years of experience in public accounting / tax or audit looking to transition into corporate with a fast-paced, established investment firm, strong base salary / total comp and visible room for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Assist all planning and execution of partner capital account statements, capital calls and cash reconciliations
- Prepare / review monthly investment reconciliations as well as quarterly financial statements for a variety of clients
- Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects on time
- Review annual financial reporting statements, P&L allocations, monthly investment reconciliations, and cash management statements
- Generate tax estimates, tax returns and partnership tax reports
- Collaborate with management to develop tools and metrics to evaluate performance of target initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 1+ years of experience in financial services or public accounting with exposure to tax / audit
- Proficient planning and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, informal and formal communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
