We are looking for Quality Auditor Associates to help at the largest Original Design Manufacturer of laptop computers in the world.

Position : Quality / Auditor

Location : La Vergne, TN

Expected Daily Work Hours : 8 Hours

Expected Weekly Work Schedule : see below

2nd shift : 4 : 30pm to 1 : 00am Monday through Friday

Overtime as needed including Saturday

Responsibilities

• Conducts inspections and audits or processes
• Ensure product specifications are met in all aspect of the manufacturing process
• Prepare quality reports
• Identify problem areas
• Assist Quality management in identifying, communicating and facilitating the need for changes to enhance process and product quality
• Coordinates collection of date for use in the repair process
• Communicates potential quality problems with management
• Conducts incoming inspection on components from vendors
• Records quality data and transactions
• Provide support to repair process
• Preforms cosmetic checks on units
• Other duties assigned my management

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or service environment
• 1 years’ experience in quality auditing in a revers e logistics or return environment
• Technical experience
• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Math skills
• Accurate counting
• Experience in production or repair center
• Must be proficient with Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Access
• Analytica abilities
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent Planning skills
• Able to complete projects under tight deadlines
• Able to create reports based on information obtained while performing duties
• Good visual sharpness

Physical Demands :

• Lift / carry up-to 30lbs
• Able to squat to lift boxes up to 30lbs
• Ability to climb, stoop / bend and stand
• Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods
• Able to work in climate-controlled environment that sometimes can be warmer or colder than typical office setting
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a non-climate facility
• Ability to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms
• Handle assignments of repetitive nature
• Ability to wear ESD equipment
