We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our dynamic legal team at Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC in our Indianapolis office location.
The candidate should have two to six years of civil litigation experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of business litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to supervising attorneys.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- At least two years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
