Primary Responsibilities
- Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the Bay area - no cold calling or door knocking!
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, by following a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity.
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings - other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver's license (required)
- Comfortable traveling approximately 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale
- Evening and weekend availability (required)
Compensation
- Upon completion of the Company's initial training program, Sales Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential with commissions equal to 10% of revenue generated on sales contracts (inclusive of expenses), subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Representative Agreement.
- Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity
- Average annual earning opportunity of $150,000-$250,000+
- $20 per hour through completion of the initial phase of the Company's comprehensive introductory training program
- A salary of $800 per week, plus commissions equal to 4% of revenue generated on sales contracts (inclusive of expenses), subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Representative Agreement through the remainder of the Company's training program.
