Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
We are seeking an experienced IV Pharmacist to join our team in Enola, PA, approximately 115 miles west of Philadelphia. This role involves critical responsibilities in a busy hospital environment.
Location : Enola, PA
Facility : 120-bed hospital
Type : Local or Travel
pensation : $67 / hour for local candidates
Start Date : November 4th
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Flexible days / evenings, 5x8-hour shifts; every 3rd weekend required
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and remend Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) to providers.
- Verify orders and check manual product packaging, including oral and IV pounded medications.
- Prepare chemotherapy IV admixtures as needed.
- Answer phone calls and triage inquiries appropriately.
- Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Experience with Theradoc preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Cerner and Omnicell.
