Your Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Clark's Termite & Pest Control, building lasting relationships with commercial clients and driving our business forward. You will :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate partnerships with commercial and residential builders
- Generate leads through networking and cold calling
- Leverage our state-of-the-art CRM to manage your sales pipeline effectively
- Become an expert in our innovative pest control solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into your sales approach
The Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving history
Knowledge / Abilities :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (presentation skills)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn or experience using Salesforce CRM
- General knowledge of pest control services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals / quotas
