The Job :
As a Content Marketing Specialist at our client, you won't just be part of a team you'll be at the heart of shaping the brand's voice and industry influence.
Your mission is to develop and execute content strategies that attract new customers, engage existing ones, and establish our client as an industry leader.
You'll work closely with our client's key customer use cases, including Reward Link, Disbursement Link, and Rewards as a Service (RaaS) API, to create content that generates leads, enhances content distribution, and optimizes the existing content library.

As Content Marketing Specialist at our client, you will :
- Develop and oversee our client's social media strategy to boost brand awareness and drive web traffic.
- Plan and execute engaging social media posts on a weekly basis.
- Manage interactions with prospects, recipients, and customers across all social channels.
- Create and optimize various types of marketing content, such as e-books, whitepapers, videos, blogs, and more.
- Collaborate with our client's partner SEO agency, Bastion.
- Strategize and implement lead-generating campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Define target audiences and set measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with the content marketing manager to evaluate and enhance content performance.
- Streamline content promotion processes and campaign launches.
- Generate innovative ideas for new content and campaigns.
- Regularly report on content performance and share insights with the team.
- Maintain and update content and social media calendars.
- Conduct competitor analysis and share findings with the team.
To be effective in our Content Marketing Specialist role, you must have :
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of expertise in crafting marketing content.
- A strong portfolio with writing samples showcasing your capabilities.
- A robust background in B2B marketing and B2B writing.
- Proficiency in G-Suite.
Our ideal Content Marketing Specialist at our client will have most of the following skills and experience :
- You have previous experience working in Finance, Fintech, or SaaS companies in a marketing capacity.
- Previous experience using HubSpot.
- Previous experience using Google Analytics.
- Previous experience with SEO software.
- Previous experience with Project Management Software systems.
- Certification in Marketing or SEO is a plus.
Salary Range
The targeted pay range for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000 . Please note that the actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonus.
