SUMMARY : The Deposit Products Applications Administrator is responsible for assisting Management in the administration of all the deposit-related platforms and applications.
This includes monitoring of system settings and performing ongoing analysis on key processes and procedures. This person also takes a lead role in performing timely updates on projects and automation events.

Performs daily processing tasks in Checking and Savings departments, as assigned approximately 25% of work day.
In conjunction with the data analytics team, provides subject matter expertise in order to develop management reports for process and organizational performance improvements.
Performs the administrative role for deposit related applications projects.Keeps project task lists up to date, keeps lists of outstanding items, participates in project meetings, takes meeting notes, and provides timely updates.
Collaborates with department managers to improve workflows, to adopt process improvements that enhance customer service experiences and operational efficiencies, including automation initiatives.
Performs deposit system audits and testing to ensure the systems are performing as expected.
Builds account / product types within Fiserv Parameter Systems, including, Savings, Checking / Money Market, Relationship Pricing, Customer Source, Online Account Opening, Cleartouch Administration and Safe Deposit Box for Cleartouch.
Assists with handling internal escalated customer issues

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a business related area is preferred.
Requires at least five years in banking operations and / or in an operational capacity including experience related to core processing.
Prefer candidates with a proven history of working in a project management capacity for core systems.Strong knowledge of retail banking and core banking operations, procedures, and data processing concepts is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES : This position requires an individual with the ability prioritize and quickly move from one topic / assignment to the next.
Position will frequently also interact with other department personnel. Requires effective communication, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to identify workflow deficiencies / inefficiencies and work collaboratively toward effective resolution is also required.
