The Georgia Public HealthLaboratory is seeking a Quality Analyst to support implementationof our Laboratory Information ManagementSystem.

- TheQI Consultant will lead the implementation of a facilitywideexternal quality systems project plan; work with the facilitymanager to oversee the facilitys environmental monitoring system;
- coordinate the completion of documentation of nonconforming eventsand assure implementation of corrective actions; assist withcompletion of calibration / certification activities;
participate ininternal audits; and play a leading role in the implementation of anew laboratory information management system(LIMS).
1. Regression Testing. Repetitive Testing to make sure newfunctionality does not impact previously testedfunctionality.
2. Independent and ImpartialTester
3. Help update documentation andsynchronize to business processes
4. Identifyinconsistencies across times.
5. Uncover latentdefects in the system.
6. Provide volumes oftest
7. Set and reset testing to be reviewed bythe final subject matter experts.
8. Organizetesting documentation.
9. Work with developmentand configuration team to troubleshoot and pinpoint testingissues.
10. Update Testing Plans and otherdocumentation such as DCWs
11. Perform Testfirst to make sure they are ready for SME / UAT
12. Test according to the DCWs and find / reportdifferences.
13. Off script testing to finddefects.
The candidate will :
A. Work closelywith the System Admin setting / resetting test scenarios
B. Work closely with QA reviewing and submitting testingdocumentation.
C. Supporting Superusers trainingfollow up helping to troubleshoot recreate retest and documentissues
D. Work with LIMS Vendor to review issuesand confirm they are resolved
E. Help QA andSuperusers review update and document Standard OperatingProcedures.
Minimumqualifications :
Bachelorsdegree in computer science or a related field from an accreditedcollege or university AND Three years of system experience indeveloping or supporting Laboratory / Medical applications.
2 years of experience in developmentof test plans and regression testing
2 years of Experience with SQL and programming
LaboratoryQuality Assurance and regulatory experience.
