Position type : Fulltime - Contract Duration : 6 Months Location : Cambridge, MA 02139 (ONSITE) As Bioinformatics NGS Data Analyst, you will : Job Description : We are seeking a scientist to join our Systems Immunology Lab in Client's Inflammation & Immunology Research Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and processing single-cell, spatial, and functional genomics data, as well as supporting standard immunoprofiling activities such as cell culture and flow cytometry.

Position Responsibilities : Follow existing lab standard operating procedures to : o Participate in sample collection of murine and human tissues, including the preparation of tubes, interfacing with in vivo scientists to retrieve samples, isolation of primary immune cells, and standard mammalian cell culture o Participate in sample preparation of murine and human tissues, including tissue fixation, dissociation, sectioning, and antibody staining o Generate spatial and single-cell data via a number of commercial workflows, including 10x Genomics and Parse Technologies o Interpreate quality control metrics for spatial, single-cell and cytometry experiments Organizational Relationships : Reports to a scientific director of the Systems Immunology LabCollaborates with and supports several multi-disciplinary experimental teams on a per-project basis Education And Experience : MA + 3 years of experience in Biology, Immunology, or a related field Technical Skills Requirements : 3+ years of hands-on experience with standard immunoprofiling technologies, includingo Flow Cytometry o Single-cell library preparation (ideally 10x Genomics or Parse Technology) o Preparation and loading of Illumina sequencing libraries o Bonus : generation of spatial transcriptomics data (any technology) 3+ years of experience with primary immune cells, includingo Primary immune cell isolation o Maintenace of immune cell lines o Cell culture and in vitro stimulation of primary immune cells Bonus : experience with CRISPR mediated functional genomics, including electroporation of primary immune cells Physical Position Requirements : Typical bench work, including sitting, pipetting, lifting Interview Process : 1st Teams screen (Camera-On) Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
