Set-up Technician- $25 / Hr
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Set-up Technician for our automotive manufacturing client to start at $25 / Hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities :
- Set up molds and adjust them, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs.
- Conduct quality checks, handle materials (like filling and emptying machine hoppers and grinders), and provide clear instructions to operators.
- Keep machines running smoothly by checking setup parameters and ensuring all monitors are correctly set.
- Identify and fix problems with the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of production.
- Prepare molds and other tools as scheduled, keeping work areas clean and organized to minimize delays.
- Regularly check machine performance, production rates, and product quality to ensure consistency.
- Keep detailed records of setups and production outcomes for each shift.
- Ensure the final parts are properly made before ending production.
Must be available to work overtime as needed including weekdays and weekends
Location : Mokena, IL
Schedule / Shift Details
2nd shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
3rd shift : 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
Qualifications
