JOB DESCRIPTION :
In this role, you'll be assisting & supporting the design & implementation of varied client physical networks, systems, and data systems.
This would include client onboardings, server migrations (including SQL Servers), O365 migrations, supporting issues with systems or networks, assisting with hardware, remote access solutions, administration and maintenance.

Preferred Experience :
- Windows, Windows applications
- Active Directory
- Google Suite administration, Chromebooks
- End-to-end desktop / application support
- Desktop deployment
- Backup deployment and monitoring
- SQL Server
- General Infrastructure administrating experience
- Cisco Routers and Switches
- Troubleshooting Tier I and Tier II tickets
Bonus Experience :
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+
- Experience working for an IT managed service provider
- Experience with LAN / WAN, Watchguard Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, Citrix, VoIP, etc.
- Familiarity with how to access virtual machines from hosts using VMware or Hyper-V
- Programming language experience
- Salesforce experience
