Job Overview :
As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis and reporting of PCHI’s operating results.
In this capacity, the Financial Analyst will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Acts as a trusted business partner by creating value and contribution through a blend of strategic and data-driven analytical support.
Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk and making recommendations.
Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
Assist in consolidating of financial annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Analyzes current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement.
Supports Senior leaders with ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Ability to manage multiple work streams / projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelines.
Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems / tools and create process efficiencies.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and analytical ability.
Qualifications :
2+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash Flows).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Expected Salary Range : $64,000 - $80,000
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
This is a hybrid role; the expectation is to be in the office 3 days a week. Our office is in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
