Job Summary Assisting in the overall operation of the cake line production from start to finish by operating machines and performing operations, such as mixing, cutting, cake line icing, touch-up, ensuring quality, and packaging.

This will be a 1st shift position. 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm. Monday - Friday Position Responsibilities Operate and monitor the cake production line from start to finish.

Rotate through and perform all steps of the production line. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in work areas. Ensure the final product meets customer specifications for quality.

Maintain high safety standards and keep food safety logs. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and GMPs. Focus on continuous improvement in quality, safety, and compliance.

Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences. Qualifications Ability to work overtime Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals within the plant.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as : safety rules, operating instructions, formulas, and policy and procedures manuals.

Ability to write standard information into related paperwork. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure including but not limited to pounds, ounces, grams, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and temperatures.
