Position Overview :

As a General Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of various machines including collators, laminators, and punch machines.

While previous manufacturing experience is preferred, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This role requires individuals who are comfortable working on their feet for the duration of their shift.

Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm.

Responsibilities :

• Operate a variety of machines in the production process, such as collators, laminators, and punch machines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance on machines.
• Clean and prepare work areas and machines for the next shift.
• Complete necessary paperwork for machine operations.
• Follow machine procedures and instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic conversational English, math, and reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer and mechanical abilities preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to push and pull loads using a pallet jack.
