Proctors Collaborative seeks a Food, Beverage & Sales Manager to join its food & beverage team. This is a full-time position that includes benefits.
This position is responsible for assisting the Food, Beverage & Sales Director to ensure consistency, cleanliness and quality in all aspects of the outlets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport all duties of the Food, Beverage & Sales Director (F, B & S Director)Maintain the oversight of all food and beverage operations for banquets, café, theatre concessions and bar service in the absence of the F, B & S ManagerAssist as directed in : Inventorying of all related food and beverage stockFielding inquiries for special eventsEnsuring the success of planning and executing special eventsAiding consistency of proper food preparationScheduling of food service and bar personnelResponding to rental inquiriesOversee and act as house management liaison for banquet eventsAbility to embrace a diverse staff and patron baseMaintain a clean, safe work environment that complies with all relevant health standards.
Willingness to recognize and accommodate a variety of client needs to include budgetary and cultural.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of five years in the hospitality industry, preferably in both sales and operations and at least one year of managementExemplary communication skillsEnthusiasm and top-rate customer service skills a mustOpen to a flexible schedule that includes a variety of days of the week and hoursProficient in Apple technology and Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service skills and a genuine desire to accommodate customers’ needsProficient in NYS health code requirements.
