Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with the team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
- Lead initiatives to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Work closely with other departments to manage inventory, revenue recognition, and expense controls.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience , ideally in a hyper-growth environment.
- Strong background in retail, e-commerce, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
