Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors.
Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms, Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions is seeking a Product Specialist to support the team’s broader fundraising and client coverage efforts for Blackstone Real Estate and Infrastructure.
- Assist in answering a broad range of client and sales team questions about Blackstone’s products, market views, etc.
- Analyze competitive landscape through reviewing peers’ filing documents, presentations, etc., and distill key qualitative and quantitative takeaways.
- Shephard client-facing work through Blackstone’s Legal & Compliance infrastructure.
- Work across other PWS business functions in supporting product initiatives such as Marketing, Sales, Investor Services, Finance, etc.
- Develop capital markets acumen to help contextualize Blackstone’s offerings in a diversified investment portfolio.
- Help identify areas of improvement across the team’s current processes to increase efficiency of information sharing, communication with sales, global coordination, etc.
- Over time, gain the opportunity to engage with clients and serve as a representative of Blackstone’s investment businesses to Wealth investors.
Qualifications :
- Series 7 and 63 or ability to obtain within 6 months’ time. CFA / CAIA a plus.
- Working knowledge of Alternatives industry / competitive landscape and desire to learn more.
- Experience with Real Estate and / or Infrastructure markets and investing, through a wealth lens a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to distill complex investment topics for end-users.
- Strong intrapersonal skills to develop relationships with sales teams, investment teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with a variety of analytical tools (Microsoft office, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg).

Expected annual base salary range :
$135,000 - $145,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
