The Role

Shoe Palace is looking for our next Customer Service + Cashier expert! As the Cashier Lead, you ensure Cashiers are always providing an outstanding guest experience at the Cash & Wrap.

We need someone who is passionate about educating associates on how to conduct quick and efficient transactions. You ensure your team is always using product knowledge to add on last-minute items and sharing the benefits of shopping at SP.

Here’s what a day at work may look like

• You are the expert at training Cashiers on how to provide the ultimate experience
• Hold Cashiers accountable through clear goals and in-the-moment coaching
• Lead the team in ensuring the Cash & Wrap is always clean and organized, stocked with supplies, and returned merchandiser is quickly replaced on the salesfloor
• Demonstrate a passion for SP, share the amazing deets with our customers
• Meet cool people create positive customer relations (set the example)
• Be flexible to step in and assist anywhere in the store

About you

• 18+ years old
• Be available when the customer shops - OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• You have experience in customer service and cash handling
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
