I'm currently working with a public company based in Central Florida that’s looking to recruit an Associate General Counsel for their Securities & Finance team.
This role will focus on corporate reporting, investor relations, finance, treasury, cash management, and tax departments with respect to public company SEC and NYSE compliance and disclosures, drafting, negotiation and documentation of public and private debt, cash management, and taxation transactions and legal entity management.
Candidates need a strong knowledge of public company securities laws and financial regulations and related transactions and hands-on experience drafting ’34 Act filings.
The company will provide relocation support to candidates open to relocating to Central Florida. They have a hybrid model (3 days in the office per week).
