Shift : 2nd , Monday Friday, 2 : 45pm 10 : 45pm OR 3rd , Sunday - Friday, 11 : 45pm - 6 : 45am
Job Summary :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, maintain, calibrate, and align CNC and associated machinery.
We are looking for a technician who can support the maintenance team in continual improvements and increase machine uptime in a large modern machine shop.
This is a multi-craft technician role.
Qualifications :
- Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate in a team environment
- Knowledge of various automatic control systems, processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems / processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Experience in a CNC machining environment
- Ability to safely work on and diagnose electrical issues (110-480v)
- Knowledge and ability to identify replacement parts.
- Knowledge and experience with Fanuc robots and controls
- Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical, electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas, HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol controls
- Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP,Limble)
- Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics
- Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment
