Community Growth Behavioral Health, Inc. provides outpatient behavioral health services to children, youth, adults, and

families living in communities surrounding the Kanawha County area of West Virginia. We provide

services for individuals and families suffering from chronic health conditions, mental illness, behavioral

disorders, or substance disorders. Our Clinical Director, licensed professionals, and

paraprofessionals work to create individualized treatment plans specific to individual needs.

Our team will provide the best possible service, support, care and treatment to help program

participants get off the sidelines and back in the drivers seat of life. We help consumers make individual goals

and dreams a reality.

location :

Behavior Health Specialist (No Degree required : salary / wage $15-$20 / hour Depending On

Experience)

Behavioral Health Specialists will work one-on-one and face-to-face with children, adolescents and adults to assist in

decreasing negative behaviors, promote healthy choices, and utilize new approaches or coping skills to

manage life stressors. Must be coachable, have reliable transportation, understand clinical processes,

and have excellent communication and writing skills.

Candidates must be team players and goal oriented with a natural drive to be successful and to serve

others. Must possess sound ethical work standards and the ability to provide excellent quality care to

individuals served. Contractor rates and salary positions are determined based on work experience,

skills, special training, and abilities.
