Position : Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at Floor Coverings International, you will play a key role in coordinating the installation of all flooring projects.

You will serve as a primary contact for our valued customers and installers, ensuring satisfaction throughout each project.

This role requires strong customer service, leadership skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and superior attention to detail.

Production Coordinator Qualifications :

• Previous experience in production in the flooring industry is a must.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and problem solve without supervision.
• Proficient in managing crews, installs, calendars, product orders and deliveries.
• Valid drivers license and transportation

Production Coordinator Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain strong relationships within the community and provide superior service as the primary contact between customers and installers.
• Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery.
• Update customers regularly prior, during and after installation projects.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with installers on start dates and times.
• Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production.
• Seek out reputable installers within territory and vet them.
• Manage and promote positive installer and vendor relationships.
• Meet with installers regularly to discuss production and schedules.
• Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee production efficiencies and job costing.
• Strive for 5 / 5 star survey.

Compensation :

Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities
