Kimenker Insurance Agency Inc.-Allstate Agency in Las Vegas, Nevada, is looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career.
No prior insurance experience? No problem!
If you have experience in customer service or sales in another industry, we will provide all of the knowledge and education you need to be successful and grow your career in insurance.
Entry-level candidates will start at a base salary of $30,000 and you can expect to make an additional $42,000 in commission during your first year.

We provide opportunities for continuing education and mentorship as well as the potential to advance your career with our agency.
Licensed candidates start at a $36,000 base salary and our top performers earn an average of $60,000 per year in commission.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits / risks of the policy
Requirements
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
