Paul Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a welcoming and organized Dental Front Office Assistant to be the smiling face that greets our young patients and their families.

With a salary range of $24 - $27 hourly, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for all who walk through our doors.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office schedule efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assure schedules are organized and productive.
  • Assist with office organization and cleanliness to create a professional environment.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in dental office administration preferred, not required.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in dental office software systems - Open Dental.
  • Good communication skills.

St Paul Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned pediatric dental practice with three amazing doctors who pride themselves in providing exceptional care for their patients.

How are we different than other dental practices?

  • We have great hours! We see patients from 7 : 30 am until 3 : 00 pm. No weekends and no late nights. We don’t work on the weekends and our staff never stays late.
  • We close our office between Christmas and New Year so that staff can spend this time with their families.

  • We have an annual guaranteed cost of living salary increase. This means all employees receive a yearly pay increase.
