Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office schedule efficiently.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assure schedules are organized and productive.
- Assist with office organization and cleanliness to create a professional environment.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in dental office administration preferred, not required.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in dental office software systems - Open Dental.
- Good communication skills.
