Selectek is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Pewaukee, WI.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee all facets of projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners.
Required :
- A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field is required
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager
- Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects (including experience with new construction built from the ground up)
- Good computer skills, including proficiency using MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
- The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay range : $95,000 - $115,000+ depending on experience and education
