About The Role

The Construction Sales Project Manager role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of fire protection construction processes and NFPA codes, and a track record of success in sales.

Candidates with experience that spans fire protection sales, project management, and a background in design or field service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
  • Proactively generate sales leads to continuously develop and grow our customer base
  • Create, maintain, and manage sales proposals, bids, and quotes for multiple fire protection construction projects
  • Quote on new construction projects along with upgrades to existing fire sprinkler systems
  • Collaborate with designers and project management team to provide value engineering options to increase the efficiency and quality of products and services.
  • Prepare pricing for materials, labor, freight, and fabrication
  • Secure competitive vendors and services for project bids to ensure mutually favorable outcomes
  • Ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction for construction projects from kick-off to completion

Qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience in fire protection sales or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., Procore).
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bidding and estimating experience are a plus, sprinkler design background desirable.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, NICET) are always a plus.

Other Requirements :

  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project inspections.
  • Valid and in good standing driver’s license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
