Data Entry Clerk
Job Title : Internal Inventory Auditor / Special Project Coordinator
Summary :
This position is primarily responsible for the activities of internal inventory audits, and special projects.
Organizational Relationships
Reports to :Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Able to accurately enter data into ERP system around end of job material yield.
- Able to able to cross check samples with actual materials to guarantee accuracy in production runs.
- Ability to process efficiently and hit all deadlines.
- Properly archive information for storage.
- Regularly receive direction from management and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
- Assist in issuing inventory to production
- Assist in receiving inventory, inventory put away and bin transfers when necessary
- Verify receipt of raw materials and documentation and perform systemic receipt of quantity and Lot / Batch# into NetSuite.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in data entry or Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, work under stress and be able to multitask
- Ability to read and understand reports relating to inventory and warehouse requirements
- Computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Requires in office work setting
- Accounting experience or background with knowledge of auditing
- Analytical
- Organized, detail oriented.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
