- Develop quarterly reports in accordance to SEC and maintain accounting estimation models
- Actively working on transactional accounting (including recording of transactions, purchase price calculations, setting up transaction in system, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of entries for acquisitions, disposition, and other investment activity
- Support in creation of new investment structures in the financial reporting systems
- Complete technical accounting research and memo preparation
- Actively supervised and review work of subordinate
What you will need :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA highly preferred
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Public Accounting experience is required
- Real Estate experience is preferred
