As the head of this team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and driving impactful marketing initiatives globally..

This leadership role is accountable to delivering the content and collateral to deliver on the strategic campaign objectives defined by our Strategy & Planning team.

You will lead a talented team of Multimedia Designers and Writers to produce compelling collateral and content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces OnLogic as the premier choice in industrial computers.

On an average day, you'll

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports inbound and outbound marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Lead the content and creative team in the creation of high-quality assets and collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to translate strategic campaigns into captivating content and collateral, holding the team accountable for timely execution.
  • Evaluate resource allocation with project managers, making informed decisions on the utilization of internal resources versus agency support to optimize project delivery.
  • Cultivate relationships with external agencies, selecting and managing partners to augment internal capabilities as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to scale the team in alignment with organizational growth objectives, identifying opportunities for talent development and skill enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the content and creative services team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive individual and team success.

The team you will be joining :

This multi-talented inbound and outbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of customer marketing managers, digital marketers, writers, designers and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing.

You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes.

They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in content creation, design, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing creative teams.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling content strategies and execution plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and standardization, driving efficiency and effectiveness across content deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of brand identity and tone.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and products to effectively market them to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional time management skills, adept at resource allocation and prioritization to meet evolving business needs.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
