IT Support Specialist
Redwood City, CA / G&A IT / full-time + Manage, deploy, update, inventory, and secure fleets of mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and servers (macOS, Linux, and Windows)
- Help maintain IT systems, perform new hire set up including account creation, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to and own help desk incidents, from initial communication to resolution
- Assist with hardware installation at our headquarters and in our data center
- Assist engineering teams with development system configurations
- Track software and hardware assets
- Provide end-user support via email, conferencing, and phone
- Provide on-site support in our Redwood City headquarters and Santa Clara data center
- A / V equipment troubleshooting and monitoring, including hosting company meetings
- Assist with vendor management purchasing
- Ability to provide after-hours support as needed
- 1-3 years experience in an IT Support role
- Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experiences supporting various operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux)
- Experience in a hands-on, user-facing technical support role
- Experience managing and supporting SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, Slack, and Office 365
- Ability to effectively document all relevant material
- Prior startup experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs

- MDM solutions (Jamf & Microsoft InTune)
- Collaboration tools (Zoom, RingCentral, Slack)

- Active Directory, including Azure Active Directory
- Endpoint protection (Crowdstrike)
- AWS and GCP
- Networking
- Data centers
