Position Summary Supports the Services business within the US Operations Services is our fastest-growing activity, and one of the best job-creating opportunities in Schneider Electric As we grow Services, the recurring revenues ensure our company is more resilient and less impacted by economic cycles The proximity to customers creates a key space for innovation Roles & Responsibilities The Business Finance Specialist will work to analyze financial data and provide forecasting support Prepare reports and projections based on financial data Provide financial analysis support for department managers Evaluate current and previous financial data Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual versus budget variances Develop ad hoc reports, special studies and financial analysis which drive the behavior of the business Design and administration of key performance metrics We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or finance At least 3+ years of work experience in Finance roles in a multinational and matrix environment Advanced knowledge of MS Excel English mandatory as working language Skills & Abilities Specific knowledge Open, communicative nature and curiosity mindset Awareness and reliability of timelines for the timely and accurate reporting of financial performance Strong analytical ability with a high degree of accuracy Highest degree of integrity and character who takes ownership of responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned Preferences At least 5+ years of work experience in Finance roles in a multinational and matrix environment Experience in a job costing or activity-based costing environments Knowledge of ERP Systems Benefits Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, (k)+ match, and more Who will you report to?
