We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing potential risks that could impact our clients' careers and the overall success of our company. You will work closely with our client managers, legal team, and other stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to identify potential risks and their potential impact on the company and our clients
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate potential risks
• Monitor and analyze market trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
• Collaborate with client managers and legal team to review and negotiate contracts and agreements to mitigate potential risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and negotiate insurance coverage and premiums
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures
• Train and educate team members on risk management policies and procedures
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on risk management activities and potential risks
• Participate in crisis management and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improve risk management processes
