We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team on-site. The Account Executive will cultivate and sustain relationships with business owners, brokers, and existing clientele, driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities include customer service, sales initiatives, and providing training to clientele.
Requirements :
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Demonstrated sales proficiency, including cold calling and lead generation
- Familiarity with insurance and benefits products
- Experience conducting training sessions for brokers and agents
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Insurance License Preferred
