Qualifications
- You know the business and have at least 3 years of experience in QSR or retail.

Responsibilities
- As an Area Supervisor, you will be the leader of your restaurant's success!
- You will lead your Restaurant Management Teams and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- You will be responsible for ensuring your restaurants are delivering top results.
- Check for schedules during the week before they are posted to ensure crew are properly staffed and have a solid plan for the shifts.
- Review daily numbers each day and call each manager to coach and praise on their results.
- Work breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Ensure that all restaurants are providing Quality Food, Fast & Friendly Service.
- Perform EVAL / Facts inspection each week to teach teams how to properly run a restaurant.
- Responsible for ensuring training is provided for all personnel.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3+ years in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified).
- Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Applicant should have experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
- Applicants should be ready and willing to do all interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
- Applicants will be expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line.
