The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a IT Analyst for a top law firm in their Boston office. This individual will join a busy team and provide front-line, technical end user support services including troubleshooting assistance, problem resolution, and remote desktop connection.

Responsibilities Include :
- Perform installs, moves, and changes for PC's, software, printers, phones, and network components.
- Provide guidance and technical support for workstations, applications, and break fix items for all staff.
- Assist with equipment, hardware, and cable installations / management.
- Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Qualifications Include :
- 3+ years of help desk and end-user support experience
- Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience maintaining and supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Technical skills : Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Printer Management, A / V support
Candidates for this position must be based in the Boston area or have independent plans for relocation.
