We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will work with children, adolescents and families with a primary focus on providing clinical therapy and consultation / coordination with the milieu teams.

This is a rewarding opportunity providing services to our Residential, and Day Treatment programs located in Portland, The Dalles, Salem, Corvallis and Bend, Oregon, Locations of clients could vary over time per agency need.

Position is predominately remote with rare office reporting possible - Individual MUST be a Current Oregon Resident

Salary :

  • Unlicensed : no experience required starting at $68,320 (Depending on Experience)
  • Licensed : in State of Oregon starting at $73,120 (Depending on Experience)

Pay Equity : Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role.

However, actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education.

Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the listed pay range and may not be at or near the top of the range.
